For virtual assistant agencies
Run your whole agency in one place
Hire, sign, track hours, pay your people and bill your clients, without stitching five tools together.
What it does
Hire and onboard.
Post a role, share an application link and track applicants. A new hire becomes a member with an agreement to sign and a portal of their own.
Agreements that hold up.
E-signatures with an audit certificate on the PDF, a countersignature from your company, and amendments that leave the original frozen.
Hours without timesheets.
One click to check in, then the hours record themselves by day and by client campaign.
Payslips each cycle.
Built from recorded hours, hourly, monthly or flat. Review the draft, send the PDF, mark it paid.
A space for every client.
Each client sees who is working for them right now, their hours for the week, their reports and their invoices, and nothing of anyone else's.
Roles you control.
Make your own roles and decide what each can see and do. Rates and client prices are shown only to people with the permission.
From the first message to the first invoice
A lead comes in through a form and lands in the CRM. When they become a client, they get a space of their own. The assistants you assign check in each day; their hours go to the client's campaign.
At the end of the cycle, each assistant's payslip is built from those hours and the client's invoice is built from the same hours at the client's rate, with a breakdown per person. Clients can pay by card on the invoice page through your own Stripe account.
When a client needs something, they send a request. It gets a number, an owner and a status, and they can follow it by email.
What it replaces, and what it does not
It replaces the time tracker, the signing tool, the payslip spreadsheet, the invoice template and the chat app, because the same people and the same hours run through all of them.
It does not replace your bank or a payroll company: it does not send money to your assistants or file taxes.
