MyVA LLC (“MyVA”, “we”, “us”) operates the MyVA website and platform (the “Service”).
2Acceptance§
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent you’re authorised to bind it to these Terms.
3Your account§
Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected misuse. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
4License and ownership§
- Your license from us: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms.
- Our IP: The Service, including UI/UX, text, graphics, software, and trademarks (including MYVA and the MyVA logo) is owned by MyVA and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. You may not copy, modify, host, frame, mirror, or create derivative works of the Service.
- No AI/model training: You may not use, copy, or scrape site content or code to train machine learning or AI models without our written permission.
5Your content§
If you submit or upload content, you keep your rights to it. You give MyVA permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content so we can run the Service. You confirm you have the rights to upload what you upload.
6Acceptable use§
You agree not to: (a) violate laws; (b) infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights; (c) attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorisation; (d) interfere with or degrade the Service; (e) reverse engineer or bypass security or rate limits; (f) use the Service for spam, malware, or deceptive practices.
7Third-party services§
The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, storage, email). We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
8Beta and changes§
We may offer previews or beta features that may be modified or discontinued at any time and may be less reliable than main features. We may change or update the Service from time to time.
9Availability and support§
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur (including maintenance and provider incidents).
10Refunds§
Platform subscriptions (Studio, Growth): You can request a refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription start, no questions asked. After that 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
Managed Teams services (agent/labor): Work that’s already been delivered is non-refundable. If MyVA fails to provide the agreed service, we will issue credits or refunds covering the affected portion. Specifics are governed by your Managed Teams service agreement.
To request a refund, email yourva@myva.cc with your account email and the reason.
11Termination§
You can stop using the Service whenever you want. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or if the law requires us to. When access ends, so does the license we gave you.
12Disclaimers§
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13Limit on what we owe you§
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyVA and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Platform subscriptions: our total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) US$100, or (b) the total platform-subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
Managed Teams services: liability for agent/labor services is governed separately by your Managed Teams service agreement, which sets out the scope, SLA, and remedies for that engagement.

16Which law applies§
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the Service if you are subject to such restrictions.
18Changes to these Terms§
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, on the site or by email). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
