We respect intellectual property rights. This page explains how to report alleged infringement of your copyrighted work that you believe is appearing on MyVA — typically in content that another user has uploaded to the platform.

If you’re reporting content YOU uploaded by accident, or your own deleted content, please contact us directly at yourva@myva.cc instead. DMCA procedures are for third-party copyright complaints.

A valid DMCA notice must include:

• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
