DMCA Notice Requirements

A valid DMCA notice must include:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. Exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located
  4. Statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  5. Statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification as described in 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Please include the same information as a DMCA notice, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
