What it does
Chat that stays with the work.
Channels, direct messages and small groups, with desktop notifications. The people in the chat are the same people on the payroll and the campaigns.
Voice rooms.
Click a room and you are in. Share a screen, turn on a camera, or send a guest a link that lets them join from a browser without an account.
Tasks with an owner.
Hand off work with a due date, a status and a thread for progress. Each person sees what is theirs and what is late.
One calendar.
Meetings, interviews and client calls live in one schedule. Find a time that works for everyone and people are reminded before it starts.
A space for each client.
A client gets a space of their own: they see their work, send requests and read their reports, and nothing from your other clients.
An assistant that knows your day.
VAA briefs each person on their shift and tasks, and takes requests like a day off or a late start to whoever approves them. With your own AI key connected it can also sum up a thread, tidy a draft, or turn a message into tasks.
Calls you can find again
A call in a voice room can be recorded, with everyone in the room told while it is recording. Recordings can be turned into a transcript and a short summary, and past sessions are listed so a decision made out loud is not lost. Recording is switched on per workspace.
Where it runs
In the browser, and in a desktop app for Windows that adds check-in, live presence and notifications. A phone app and a Mac app are not available yet.
