CRM

A CRM your reps will actually use

Every lead, note, call and follow-up in one place, with a daily queue that tells each rep who to contact next.

What it does

Leads come in by themselves.

A public form drops new leads straight into a pipeline. For a list you already have, upload the CSV: it maps your columns, shows a preview, and creates nothing until you confirm.

Your fields, your stages.

Each pipeline has its own fields (22 types) and its own stages. View the same leads as a list, a board, a sheet, or by team member.

A queue for each rep.

A rep opens the day to the leads that need them now, in order: replies waiting, overdue follow-ups, then new leads nobody has touched.

One history per lead.

Notes, emails, texts and calls sit in one timeline on the lead, with a follow-up date in the header. Nobody asks who spoke to them last.

Automations in plain words.

When something happens, if these conditions hold, then do this. Thirteen actions: create a task, send an email or a text, notify someone, assign, move the stage, start a sequence, call a webhook. Test a rule on one lead before you switch it on.

Sequences that stop on a reply.

Set a drip once: email now, wait two days, follow up. When the lead answers, the sequence stops by itself.

Reaching the lead

Email goes out through your own sending key, set per project, so it comes from your domain and your reputation stays yours. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribes or bounces is not emailed again.

There is a built-in browser dialer for teams that do not already have one: add your own phone number, click to call from the lead, and the call is logged on that lead. Teams on CallTools or ReadyMode keep their dialer and connect it for live agent status instead.

Who it is for

Teams where several people work the same list: agencies, outbound floors, appointment setters, small sales teams. If your client already runs a strong CRM, keep it. This one earns its place when leads live in spreadsheets, or in five tools that do not talk to each other.

Questions

Can I import my existing leads?
Yes. Upload a CSV, match your columns to fields, and check the preview. Nothing is created until you confirm.
Can each pipeline have its own fields and stages?
Yes. Fields and stages belong to the pipeline, so a sales pipeline and a support pipeline do not have to share a shape.
Can I call from the lead?
With the built-in browser dialer, yes: you add your own number, click to call, and the call is logged on the lead. CallTools and ReadyMode connect for live agent status; their call outcomes stay in the dialer.
Whose email account sends the emails?
Yours. An admin adds a sending key in the project's settings and email goes out from your own domain.
Can I try a rule before it runs on real leads?
Yes. "Test on a lead" shows exactly what a rule would do for that lead, without doing it.
