For call centers & outbound floors

See the floor, pay the agents, bill the client

Agent status straight from the dialer, hours that build themselves, payslips and client invoices from the same numbers. One place, whether your agents sit in one room or work from home.

What it does

A live floor.

Every agent's dialer status on one screen: ready, on a call, wrap-up, on break, how long they have been in it, and their totals for the day.

Hours from the dialer itself.

Status changes build the timesheet. You choose which statuses are paid time, per campaign. Nobody types hours in.

Seats instead of shared logins.

Dialer logins are stored encrypted on seats. Assign an agent to a seat; unassign them when they leave.

A score people accept.

Tasks, leads, hours and feedback, weighted per campaign. A bad day gets reviewed by a person before it costs anyone a bonus.

Pay that matches the shift.

Payslips are built from the recorded hours, hourly, monthly or flat, with the bonus as its own line.

A bill the client can check.

Invoice a campaign's hours at the client's rate with a breakdown per agent. Only paid time is billed.

One working day, start to finish

An agent checks in with one click on the Windows desktop app and opens the dialer inside it. From then on their status follows the dialer. A supervisor watching the War Room sees who is ready, who is talking and who has gone quiet.

Someone running late says so in the app before the shift, and a manager approves it, which moves their planned start so the day is judged fairly. If the dialer stops reporting, that agent's row is marked rather than silently recording the wrong hours.

At the end of the pay period the hours are already there. Payslips come out as drafts to review, and the client's invoice is built from the same hours, so the two can never disagree.

What it is not

It is not a dialer and does not replace yours. It works with CallTools and ReadyMode today; other dialers can be connected.

It does not take screenshots or log keystrokes. It does record idle time and shows it to managers.

It does not move payroll money or file taxes. You pay people your usual way and mark the payslip paid.

Built by people who run floors

We run our own outbound and support teams on this platform every day, for clients who pay by the hour. Every part of it exists because a real shift needed it.

Questions

Which dialers does it work with?
CallTools and ReadyMode today, through the Windows desktop app. Other dialers can be connected the same way; ask us about yours.
Does it work for agents at home and agents in an office?
Yes. An agent needs the Windows desktop app and a connection. Where they sit does not matter.
Does it record screens or keystrokes?
No. It records check-in, status and idle time. No screenshots, no keystroke logging.
Can my client see their team?
Yes. A client can have a space of their own with who is working for them now, the week's hours, their reports and their invoices. They see nothing of your other clients.
How are agents paid?
Payslips are built from recorded hours. You pay people your usual way and mark the payslip paid.
We would rather not manage agents ourselves. Can you?
Yes. That is the managed teams service: we recruit, train and run the agents for you.
