  • Uplift applies if the monthly Accepted Qualified Leads target is hit.
  • Target is set after Week 1 testing.
  • Default grace band: Target − 1 counts as hit (can be customized in the SOW).
  • Accepted QLs are subject to a 72-hour dispute window.

Honest answers

What's the difference between Managed Teams and Platform Only?
Managed Teams = we provide the people. Platform Only = you provide the people, we provide the software. You can run both side-by-side.
Do you handle payroll?
For Managed Teams, yes — we disburse to the agents we provide. For Platform Only Growth+, we offer contractor disbursement support to handle payments to your own contractors (service & transaction fees at cost). We don't run W-2 payroll or file taxes — that's payroll companies' job.
How does VAI billing work?
You bring your own OpenAI API key (encrypted per project). You pay the model provider directly — no usage caps or token fees from us. Free tier gets a small trial on our key.
Is this DocuSign-equivalent?
We're DocuSign-style SMB e-sign — ESIGN/UETA compliant, audit certificate per PDF, tamper-evident content hash, multi-party signing, external-party signing without a login. Not the full DocuSign enterprise feature set (no templates marketplace, payment collection, SOC 2 attestation today).
What does "contractor introduction" mean?
You describe what you need; we introduce vetted contractors from our pool. Introductions, not guaranteed hires — you contract them through the platform yourself.
Do I lose my work if I downgrade to Free?
No. Data stays. Feature caps re-apply: e-sign capped at 10/month, members capped at 5, automation rules paused (data preserved).
Can I switch between Managed Teams and Platform Only?
Yes. Switching Managed → Platform means we hand off the agent or end the engagement cleanly. Platform → Managed means we onboard your project. Pricing prorates.
